The AHA’s collaboration with the NFL reinforces our unwavering commitment to CPR education. Our goal is to double survival rates of out-of-hospital cardiac arrest by 2030 .

It takes just 90 seconds to learn Hands-Only CPR, which can double or triple a person’s chance of survival. The ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ and the NFL are actively putting cleats on the field to educate more people and help save lives.
